Planning & Hoarding

You may have noticed some recent activity around our site. This is largely due to our ecology consultants conducting surveys in preparation for submitting applications to meet several of our pre-commencement planning conditions. You can find all the submission documents on the Somerset Council Planning Portal using our planning reference: 21/03124/FUL.

We’ve also decided to install hoarding in the car park of the Fox & Hounds. Although this is being done earlier than expected, we took action due to rising concerns from local residents about travellers potentially occupying the space.
