Funding Secured

We are delighted to confirm that we have secured funding to deliver our development "The Grove" to the rear of the Fox and Hounds pub in Charlton Adam, Somerset in accordance with the approved planning permission. This scheme constitutes a collection of 35 new build, energy-efficient homes featuring 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses as well as the refurbishment and extension of the Fox & Hounds pub. We are looking forward to building this out with our selected team.

As many of you will know, an integral part of the scheme is to invest in the future of the Fox & Hounds public house, by refurbishing and extending the pub to a high standard so that the Charltons have a pub that provides a good quality and welcoming environment. We are talking to potential operators so that we can reopen the pub as soon as possible.
