Wishing You a Wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!

We have made a fantastic start on delivering our 35 highly energy efficient new homes in Charlton Adam. We are very much still on track to start on site in Q1 2025. We intend to share a lot more new information about the development early next year. Such as the official start on site date, the principal contractor and probably the most important to you when the development will be completed.

Sadly, the Fox & Hounds is still occupied which has delayed our dreams of re-opening the Fox and Hounds anytime soon. Until we have the pub back in our possession we cannot make arrangements with contractors for the proposed extensions or progress with appointing a new operator as they need to access the premises. We hope that early in the New Year we will be able to share exciting updates on the pubs timeline and set a date for a town hall meeting to hear what you would like to see in your pub when the grand re-opening of The Fox does indeed happen!

That being said we are confident that this time next year we will all be raising a glass in the newly refurbished pub to celebrate Christmas.
